Color steel tile forming machine, also known as tile pressing machine, is a specialized equipment for automated cold bending forming. It can roll and cut metal coils such as color coated steel plates, galvanized steel plates, and aluminum coils into various specifications of color steel roof panels, wall panels, and antique glazed tiles in one go. The equipment integrates the entire process of feeding, forming, cutting, and discharging, with stable operation and high forming accuracy. The styles cover single-layer, double-layer, and three-layer models, and the tile types are rich. It is a core equipment in the steel structure construction and building materials processing industry, suitable for various civil and industrial building enclosure projects.

Equipment structure
Uncoiling mechanism:
- supporting the entire roll of raw materials, ensuring smooth feeding, equipped with anti deviation structure to ensure stable feeding.
Feed guide frame:
- corrects and positions the board, guiding it smoothly into the forming area.
Forming host:
- Multiple sets of precision rolling rolls for progressive pressing, ensuring that the tile shape is regular and the plate surface is flat. The double-layer and three-layer models adopt a layered independent forming structure, which can produce various tile types.
Hydraulic shearing mechanism:
- using high hardness cutting tools, with fast cutting response, smooth and burr free cutting, and no need for secondary trimming of the finished product.
Intelligent electronic control system:
- equipped with PLC and touch screen, can set production length, quantity, and operating speed, with fault alarm, automatic shutdown, parameter memory functions, and simple operation.
Discharge tray:
- to receive finished tile parts, avoid scratches on the board surface, and facilitate material collection and transportation.
