The UD keel forming machine is a specialized cold bending forming equipment for light steel ceilings and partition systems. Equipment structure composition

• Uncoiling mechanism: comes standard with a manual unwinding rack, with the option of hydraulic unwinding, capable of carrying 3-5 tons of coil material and ensuring stable feeding without deviation.
• Leveling guide mechanism: Multiple sets of leveling rollers correct the flatness of the board, accurately guide the feeding, and avoid deviation and jamming.
• Forming host: 12-16 rows of progressive forming rollers, gradually roll forming, effectively release internal stress of the sheet, and achieve good straightness of the finished product.
• Hydraulic punching device (optional): Punching modules can be added as needed to complete the processing of connecting holes in one go, eliminating the need for secondary processes.
• Hydraulic cutting mechanism: using high hardness alloy cutting tools and dynamic flying shear design, cutting without pause, the incision is smooth without burrs or deformation.
• Intelligent electronic control system: equipped with PLC and touch screen, can set production length, quantity, and operating speed, with fault self checking, parameter memory, and automatic shutdown functions, easy to operate.
