The integrated machine for inner and outer edge wrapping is a specialized equipment for color steel enclosure systems. It can complete the continuous roll forming of two types of profiles, inner and outer edge wrapping, in one go. It is widely used in waterproof sealing parts such as building doors, windows, openings, and corners, and is an essential equipment for color steel engineering.

Equipment structure
- The whole machine consists of an unwinding rack, guide leveling, multi roll forming, cutting device, and electronic control system.
- Forming roller: precision grinding and quenching, chrome plated surface, wear-resistant and scratch resistant.
- Cutting mechanism: hydraulic/pneumatic fixed length cutting, with a smooth cut.
- Control system: PLC+variable frequency speed regulation, simple operation, stable operation.
