5T Stand Type Decoiler
The 5-ton vertical feeding rack is a specialized supporting equipment for tile pressing and cold bending production lines.
Introduction
- 产品描述
-
The 5-ton vertical feeding rack is a specialized supporting equipment for tile pressing and cold bending production lines. It adopts a vertical structure to place metal coils, occupying a small space and smoothly discharging materials. It is mostly used for small and medium-sized color steel sheet and decorative profile production lines.
Technical parameters
- Rated load capacity: 5 tons
- Suitable for sheet metal: color coated sheet, galvanized sheet, cold-rolled sheet
- Plate thickness: 0.3-1.5mm
- Roll width: ≤ 1250mm
- Core inner diameter: φ 508mm
- Working form: passive feeding, manual tightening
- Dimensions: 1100 × 1100 × 1600mm
- Equipment weight: approximately 700kg
- Power configuration: No external motor, pure mechanical structure
Equipment structure
- The whole machine is composed of a vertical base, a central support shaft, a manual tensioning mechanism, and a limit washer. The steel is welded together to form a stable structure, and the disassembly and displacement are flexible.
Product advantages
- Vertical layout, occupying a much smaller area than horizontal models, suitable for workshops with limited space.
- Manual tightening is easy to operate, and loading and unloading can be completed by a single person.
- Vertical placement is not easy to collapse, ensuring smooth feeding and effectively avoiding board deviation and scattering.
- Pure mechanical structure, no electrical or hydraulic components, low failure rate, basically maintenance free, high cost-effectiveness.
Application scope
- It can be equipped with various types of tile pressing machines, advertising buckle machines, inner and outer edge wrapping machines, etc., suitable for small and medium-sized color steel processing plants and advertising decoration material processing households.
